Christmas is always a special time of year at Killerton, but this December the National Trust owned property kicked things up a notch with their amazing new Christmas lights trail through the property grounds.  We were lucky enough to go along to the show’s opening night last Friday and were blown away by the amazing displays of millions of sparkling lights.

There are stunning tunnels of light that you walk right through, incredible cascading lantern displays and perhaps our favourite feature, the fire garden!  We even met Father Christmas on our way round the trail.

Don’t miss out on the fantastic selection of street vendors serving up tasty treats to keep you warm too.  Who doesn’t love marshmallows toasted on an open fire!  This was a truly magical evening and one we would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone – just remember to wrap up warm!
